Turn practice time into play time.
Play Credits helps musicians follow through. Practice your instrument and make the apps that usually pull you away available afterward.

A better trade
Screen time isn’t the enemy. It just shouldn’t always come first.
How it works
A simple rhythm that makes practice easier to begin.
No complicated lesson plans or shame-filled streaks. Just a clear connection between the thing you mean to do and the thing you reach for.
Play your instrument
Start a practice session. Play Credits uses your device’s microphone to estimate likely musical activity while you practice.
Unlock or earn access
Depending on your plan, complete a daily goal to unlock selected apps or earn timed access to use later.
Adult-Managed Mode
Structure for kids.
Less policing for parents.
Parents choose the practice goal and the apps that wait. Play Credits handles the daily rhythm on the iPhone or iPad where it is installed, while parent-only controls stay protected.

One-Time Access
Temporarily unlock selected apps without changing the normal rules.
Designed for occasional exceptions—not everyday use.
Made for musicians
One practice habit.
A whole band of instruments.
Play Credits estimates likely musical activity—not one specific song, level, or way of practicing. A short setup test helps tune listening for your instrument. Very quiet practice may not count, and music playing nearby may occasionally be counted.
